Media Democracy Day sheds light on industry

Concerned about Canada's media landscape? You're not alone.

In July, Canadians for Democratic Media (CDM) urged citizens to send a message to the CRTC calling for policies that limit concentration and cross-ownership in the media, while supporting public and community based media.

And this Friday at SFU Harbour Centre, the non-profit group hopes to garner more public support at Media Democracy Day.
